Call for Papers & Submission Guidelines

The International Conference on Transport and Logistics (T-LOG) was jointly initiated by the National University of Singapore, the University of Tokyo, and Tsinghua University. Held biennially, the 11th International Conference on Transport and Logistics (T-LOG 2026) is hosted by Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School (Tsinghua SIGS), with co-organizing support from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Shandong University, and Shenzhen University. The conference will be hold in the beautiful campus of Tsinghua SIGS with the theme "Smart Logistics in the AI Era: Toward a More Convenient and Sustainable World."

Submission Information

T-LOG 2026 offers two options for paper submissions and publications at the same registration rate:

  1. Full papers are reviewed for presentation at the conference as well as for publication in the conference proceedings. Full papers should have a maximum length of 8 pages (including references and appendix, if any).
  2. Abstracts only will be reviewed for presentation at the conference without publishing in the conference proceedings.

Authors are invited to submit original articles to T-LOG 2026 that are not under review for any other conference or journal at the same time. All submissions should be written in English.

Important: Please make sure that the paper title and the list of authors included in the submitted PDF file are the same as those included in the paper submission page.
