All full papers in reviewed paper track will be subjected to a peer review. Papers accepted and presented at the conference will be published in the conference proceedings. We are seeking the possibility to publish the proceedings in the IET Digital Library (IDL) and then submit for indexing in IEEE Xplore, IET Inspec, and to Elsevier's Engineering Information (EI) Compendex. The publication options will be announced on the conference website as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, some selected papers will be considered for publication in special issues of reputed journals. The organizing committee is targeting the following journals for the special issues of the conference. Other journals will be added in this list.
Conference papers will be evaluated and awarded based on their academic contributions and potential application to a practical field of logistics. Specifically, 2-3 papers will be selected as best papers and 3-5 papers will be nominated as outstanding papers, including "OCDI Takeuchi Yoshio Award for Logistics Research," in memory of Dr. Yoshio Takeuchi, the first President of OCDI (The Overseas Coastal Area Development Institute of Japan), and "OCDI Award for Young Researchers", according to the number of overall submitted full papers.
Authors can submit the full paper(s) or extended abstract(s). Information on the submission method can be found on the conference website which will be opened soon.
