Registration Requirements
At least one author of each accepted full paper or abstract needs to register as an
in-person presenter before the Early Bird Registration Deadline (XX XX, XXXX).
For full papers, the registration of one of the authors is mandatory to include the
submission in the proceedings. This should be the person intending to present the
paper at the conference.
Registering an author does not grant conference access to co-authors. They need to
register if they wish to attend the conference.
Student Registration
Only students of bachelor, master, or PhD programs with a valid student ID (or other
proof of student status) at the time of registration are eligible for student
registration fees.
Conference Access
All participants (including industrial participants) will have access to the
conference proceedings and conference program.
Each registration includes attendance to all the sessions of the X-day conference, X
lunches, coffee breaks, Gala Dinner, and presenting one paper (with XX pages max).
