Registration Requirements

• At least one author of each accepted full paper or abstract should complete registration as an in-person presenter by the Presentation Registration Deadline (May 25, 2026).
• For accepted full papers, registration by at least one author is required for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
• The registered author should be the person who will present the paper at the conference.
• Registration is valid for one participant only. Co-authors who wish to attend the conference need register separately.

Student Registration

Students of bachelor, master, or PhD programs with a valid student ID (or other proof of student status) at the time of registration are eligible for student registration fees.

Conference Access

• All participants (including industrial participants) will have access to the conference proceedings and conference program.
• Each registration includes attendance to all the sessions of the 3-day conference, Conference lunches and dinners, coffee breaks, Banquet, and presenting one paper.

Cancellation and Refund

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organizing committee.

Refund Policy:

• Before May 27, 2026: Full refund minus a 20% administrative fee
• After May 27, 2026: No refund

Refunds will be processed after the conference through the original payment method whenever possible.
